A new review article, “More Sustainable Approaches for the Synthesis of N-Based Heterocycles” includes examples of fluorous tags and solvents. The article is arranged by heterocycle skeleton and presents solvent-free transformations, aqueous reactions, PEG, and ionic liquid work, in addition to the fluorous review. As the authors state (emphasis added), they present, “an overview of the repeated examples in which the use of fluorous tags presents considerable advantages for the overall process of synthesis of heterocycles.”
They include a very good diagram of three kinds of fluorous separations: fluorous liquid-liquid extraction (FLLE), fluorous solid phase extraction (FSPE), and reverse fluorous solid phase extraction.

If you are interested in fluorous synthesis of heterocycles, another review paper by Zhang (Chem. Rev. 2004, 104, 2531) provides more detailed information.
